1. The Company provided services
The Company's goal is to make Crowdfunding and Alternative investments more popular and accessible to Users thus The Company has created a Website where it provides the following solutions:
List of European Crowdfunding and Alternative investments services providers
The Company has prepared and constantly updates a list of European Crowdfunding and Alternative investment services providers and main information that helps Users find and choose service providers.
List of projects provided
The Company aggregated on website projects from a number of selected Platforms.
Platform review
The registered user has the possibility to leave a Review for the Platform by providing a rating and review.
Knowledge hub
Crowdinform using its own and external expert knowledge to prepare articles and tools to educate Users about Crowdfunding and its opportunities and risks.
2. Requirements for registration
The User can become a Registered user by signing up using his Gmail account or by providing email and password and accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy.
3. Rights and responsibilities
User and Registered user rights
User and Registered users can use websites and The Company provided services as provided in the Terms and Conditions.
The Company rights
The Company can delete user-provided reviews if the provided review contains violent, offensive content, self-proportion, advertising, or other content that is not related to the Platform or related topic
The Company can delete the Registred user profile if it repeatedly posts iolent, offensive content, self-proportion, advertising, or other content that is not related to the Platform or related topic
4. Changes to terms and conditions
The Company has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at sole discretion without prior informing User/ Registered User.
5. Termination
The registered User can request his account deletion by sending an email to [email protected] providing the email used for account creation.
6. Liability
The Company collects information and data about Projects and Platforms from publicly available sources or data provided by platforms. The Company has not independently verified any such information and is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or the results obtained from the use of this information.
