The Umbrella Global Energy Group is seeking to raise a fourth tranche of €1,302,730, which can be increased to €2 million, as part of a total fundraising target of €5,000,000.

This is corporate financing for the parent company of the Umbrella Solar Investment group.

• 50% of the funds will be used for projects in Chile, the United Kingdom and Eastern Europe , and will be transferred to the entities that own the solar installations.
• The other 50% will be used to finance the group's development needs , such as research or management.

What are the conditions of investment?

• Interest rate: 9.5% annual
• Target for tranche 4: 1,302,730 euros (uncapped up to 2 million euros)
• Debt: senior
• Interest payment: semi-annual
• Repayment strategy: the company uses the cash flows generated by its activities to repay the Enerfip bond debt.

Financing the development of a portfolio in Chile, the United Kingdom and Eastern Europe

Since 2022, the group has undertaken a strategic shift, and this fundraising will allow Umbrella Global Energy to inject equity funds into the renewable energy production (IPP) business.

The funds raised will be used to build combined solar and battery storage (BESS) assets in the UK, Eastern Europe, and Chile. This infrastructure package, most of which is in the "Ready to Build" phase, is part of the company's international expansion strategy.

United Kingdom

This project portfolio includes 3 photovoltaic power plants with assured grid connection and ready for construction in the short term.

Chile

Umbrella Global Energy is also developing a robust cluster of 12 projects in southern Chile, including hybrid solar solutions designed to maximize market prices.
