The Idea

Problem

Massive food waste, a catering industry in search of meaning, and unequal access to healthy food: three emergencies to which we are responding.

Solution

The Fabulous Canteen is committed to reducing food waste by transforming surplus into quality meals. It focuses on eco-friendly and socio-inclusive catering, supporting vulnerable communities.

Business model

The company's revenue primarily comes from the catering service and cannery, as well as our third-place restaurants and a developing regional franchise.
