About My.Enky Invest
What it is
My.Enky Invest is the investment side of Enky, a company that rents office and hospitality furniture to businesses. Enky started in Brussels and has been on the Belgian company register since January 2019; the investment site is now published by ENKY OPERATIONS SAS in Levallois-Perret, France. Your money pays for furniture that Enky buys and rents out. By 30 September 2026 it had raised EUR 27.7 million from 6,800 investors for 209 projects.
How it works
This is not a marketplace of different borrowers: every offer funds Enky's own furniture fleet. You choose a term of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months and get a fixed rate of 7.00%, 7.50%, 8.00% or 8.50% a year, paid monthly, with your capital back at the end (rates as of October 2026). The current offers are bonds issued by ENKY FINANCE AND ASSETS SA, a French company set up in September 2024; an older version of the general terms describes loans to the Belgian Enky SRL instead. The minimum was EUR 500 in 2026.
Returns
Enky reports that investors have been paid an average of 8% a year (as of 30 September 2026), in line with its rate grid. By then it had paid EUR 1 million of interest and repaid EUR 7 million of capital. There is no published method behind the 8%, and the site calls the rate both "net before tax" and "gross". For French tax residents, tax is taken at source.
Losses and defaults
Enky says no investor has had a late or missed payment: it reports a 0% default and late-payment rate and says all interest and capital has been paid on time (as of 30 September 2026). It gives no definition and does not say what the 0% is measured against. The zero is about payments to investors, not about the furniture customers: when a customer stops paying, Enky covers the gap itself, so investors only feel losses if Enky itself gets into trouble. Enky publishes no accounts that would show how large those customer losses are.
What secures your money
Investors get a pledge on the financed furniture, which Enky says is worth at least 30% more than the amount invested (EUR 1.30 for each EUR 1), and a pledge on the rental contracts, held through the French bond-issuing company. Enky also promises to keep paying when a customer defaults, "except in the event of Enky's failure". No valuer, valuation method or depreciation schedule is published, and used office furniture can be hard to resell at a good price. What this means for you: in practice you are lending to Enky, and your money depends on Enky staying solvent.
Who runs it and its licence
The investment site is published by ENKY OPERATIONS SAS (France, SIREN 932 559 164). The bonds are issued by ENKY FINANCE AND ASSETS SA (France), and the furniture business started in the Belgian company Enky SRL (enterprise number 0719.458.502). None of them holds a crowdfunding or investment licence: no Enky company appears in the European register of crowdfunding providers (checked 30 October 2026). The bonds are offered under a French exemption for private placements, which spares the issuer a full prospectus but is not a licence.
Fees
Investors pay no entry, management or exit fee. Enky earns the difference between the rent it charges and the interest it pays you, and does not say how large that is.
Getting your money out
Your money is tied up for the term you choose, from 12 to 48 months. The bonds are not listed anywhere and there is no secondary market on the platform; you can only transfer them privately if you find a buyer yourself.
Our view
Return: Medium. About 8% a year paid so far, in line with similar lending. Risk: Low (higher means more risk). No investor has lost money or been paid late so far, and the furniture and rental contracts are pledged to investors; but everything depends on one company that holds no licence and publishes no accounts. Risk-return: High. On the record so far, the return is good for the risk, as long as Enky stays healthy.
Regulation
License / Regulation: No licence. No Enky company appears in the European (ESMA) register of crowdfunding service providers (checked 30 October 2026). The bonds of ENKY FINANCE AND ASSETS SA are offered under the French private-placement exemption (Article L411-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code), which is an exemption from a prospectus, not a licence.

Useful Information
No. No Enky company holds a crowdfunding or investment licence or appears in the European register of crowdfunding providers (October 2026). The bonds are offered under a French private-placement exemption, which is not a licence.
Payments go through Stripe. Enky says invested capital is kept in a dedicated payment account, but it does not name the bank or institution holding it. Once invested, your money is a bond of ENKY FINANCE AND ASSETS SA used to buy rental furniture.
EUR 500 (2026). You choose a term of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months.
Enky reports an average of 8% a year paid and a 0% default and late-payment rate, as of 30 September 2026, with EUR 1 million of interest paid and EUR 7 million of capital repaid. The 0% has no published definition, and Enky covers customers' missed rent itself.
A pledge on the financed furniture, which Enky values at least 30% above the amount invested, and a pledge on the rental contracts. Enky also promises to keep paying if a customer defaults, unless Enky itself fails. No independent valuation is published, so in practice your security is Enky's own financial health.
Not on the platform. The bonds are not listed and there is no secondary market; you can only transfer them privately if you find a buyer yourself.
None: there is no entry, management or exit fee for investors. Enky earns the gap between the rent it charges and the interest it pays.
Enky's promise to cover customers' missed rent would end, and investors would have to rely on the pledged furniture and rental contracts. Used furniture may sell for much less than its book value. No compensation scheme applies.
The current bonds are issued by ENKY FINANCE AND ASSETS SA (France). The site is run by ENKY OPERATIONS SAS (France), and the furniture business started in Enky SRL (Belgium). An older version of the general terms names Enky SRL as the borrower, so check the documents of each offer.
For French tax residents, tax is withheld at source. Investors elsewhere declare the interest under their own country's rules.
