Snapshot
|
1 · Is the price fair? 💶 |
3 / 5 — Stretched but arguable. The €60M price could not be matched against any disclosed valuation from a comparable funding round (none are public in this niche); the one public reference we found — Bridger Aerospace, a US aerial-firefighting operator with $122.8M revenue, valued by the stock market at roughly $97–131M — suggests €60M is a full price for a company with no revenue yet, though that comparison is imperfect. |
|
2 · Can they reach an exit stage? ⭐ |
AI SCORE 65 / 100 — Average. The strongest evidenced precondition is external validation: a €5M French-state and EU grant, a letter of interest from the French civil-security directorate, and letters of intent covering 18 aircraft. The biggest gap the evidence shows: the modified aircraft has not yet flown, and everything — orders, revenue, the business itself — waits on one certificate expected in March 2027. |
|
3 · If they do, what could it pay? 🎯 |
Target 5–7x over 4–6 yrs — the standard expectation for a Series A investment; the company states no target of its own. If reached, illustratively 5x–7x before fees and future dilution. Method: on the disclosed €60M entry price, that requires the company to be worth roughly €345–483M at exit; at the 2–4x revenue multiples typical for hardware businesses bought by larger industrial groups, that means roughly €86–242M of annual revenue — the company’s own projection of ~€167M by 2030 sits inside that band. These figures do not include dilution from future fundraising rounds, which would reduce actual returns — see the dilution section. |
How to read the score
|
85–100 · Excellent |
All key preconditions for reaching an exit stage are evidenced and strong — rare at this stage |

70–84 · Good |
Preconditions largely in place, with specific gaps — named in the questions section |

50–69 · Average |
Meaningful preconditions missing or weakly evidenced |

30–49 · Weak |
Several core preconditions absent, or the evidence points against them |

What we could check. We verified the company’s registration, the €5M France 2030 / EU grant and its "national interest" designation, the civil-security letter of interest, two of the four letters of intent (Amelia; Corsica Technics), the prior fundraises (€6.5M since 2024) and the national firefighter federations’ support against public sources — 11 of 23 checked claims confirmed, none contradicted. The €60M valuation basis, all share terms, the ownership table, all financial figures and the July 2026 first close rest on the listing alone — see the questions section. Your money is locked in. Crowdfunding shares normally cannot be sold early — expect your money to be tied up for several years, until the company is sold or a similar event happens. |
Three answers, one honest note. The fairness score says whether the entry price is supported by the sector benchmarks we could find. The AI Score is our read on whether the company has the preconditions in place to reach a stage where a sale or similar event becomes possible — it audits readiness on the disclosed evidence; it is not a probability of success, and even companies with every precondition in place fail more often than they succeed, which is why crowdfunding only works as a small part of a diversified portfolio. The returns range is an illustration built from named benchmarks, not a forecast. Where something was not in the pack we reviewed, it did not lower any score — it appears in the questions list instead, so you can ask the company directly before investing. The listing was reviewed by Sowefund, a licensed crowdfunding platform, before going live. Nothing in this memo is a recommendation.

Deal terms. No terms were identified in the reviewed documents that would prevent a crowdfund investor from sharing in the upside.
