The Mana Développement 25 project , led by the Mana Energies Group , involves developing a portfolio of 17 photovoltaic power plants. This portfolio will contribute to the energy transition and the deployment of renewable energies across the country.

The Mana Energies Group is seeking to raise an initial tranche of €2.5 million , as part of a total fundraising target of €5 million. The funds raised will be used to finance the development of 17 photovoltaic projects located in 13 French departments.

Estimated production at this stage of development is approximately 338,400 MWh, equivalent to the consumption of almost 71,000 households* or 156,000 inhabitants*.

Objective

The objective of this financing is the issuance of simple bonds by the company Mana 25 for a total amount of 5 million euros in several tranches. The objective of this first tranche is 1,000,000 € with a success threshold of 750,000 €.

Use of funds

The funds will be used to cover development costs : securing land, environmental and agricultural studies, obtaining building permits, administrative procedures and connection. They will also contribute to the issuing company's overhead costs.

Refund

The bonds will be repaid at the end of the four years, through the sale of the projects once they have reached the ready-to-build (RTB) stage . The first sales are planned for H2 2027.

Securities

For this fundraising, Enerfip, on behalf of its investors, has secured a 75% pledge of the securities of the issuer Mana 25 and the project companies already created . Eventually, the pledge will also be taken from the other newly created project companies to get closer to each photovoltaic power plant.

The Mana Développement 2025 project is a continuation of Mana Energies ' first initiative fundraising initiative . It will raise €5 million in two tranches to finance a portfolio of 17 photovoltaic projects . These projects, mainly agrivoltaic, will be spread across 13 departments and represent a cumulative capacity of 269 MWp.

Agrivoltaics meets a dual requirement: maintaining and diversifying agricultural income while contributing to the energy transition through the production of renewable electricity.

The funds raised will be used to cover development costs, from obtaining permits to preparing the projects for sale . The resale of the projects once ready for construction will generate the cash needed to repay investors. 

Project owners - Who will implement the project?

Founded in 2019, Mana Energies is a French company active in the development, construction and operation of renewable energy plants, mainly in solar and wind power.

Six years after its creation, Mana Energies has a solid portfolio of 51 projects, representing 516 MWp of secured land, of which 245 MWp have already been the subject of a building permit application, 58 MWp will be filed by the end of 2025, and 46 MWp have obtained their planning permission. The company is growing rapidly and now has 9 non-management employees, with two additional recruitments planned for 2026.
