Über Digilo
Digilo is a loan-based crowdfunding platform that connects investors with operating businesses and selfemployed borrowers seeking financing. The platform facilitates investments into loans with fixed interest rates and defined repayment terms. Each investment represents a claim against the borrower.
Loans may be secured or unsecured, depending on the specific project. Typical investment sizes start from EUR 150, allowing investors to diversify their capital across multiple projects. Investment volumes and terms vary depending on the borrower and financing needs. The platform focuses on financing established businesses and self-employed individuals, primarily for business development and real estate–related purposes.
Digilo provides a fully digital investment process, including onboarding, project selection, and investment management. The platform aims to offer accessible fixed-income investment opportunities as an alternative to traditional savings products. Target investors include retail and professional investors within the European Economic Area seeking diversified investment opportunities with fixed returns.

Nützliche Informationen
Digilo is built on a long-standing lending business with more than 15 years of real experience in the Latvian market. This experience forms the backbone of the platform, combining market knowledge, regulatory discipline, and a deep understanding of how to evaluate, structure, manage, and recover secured loans.
The company is led by Zane Sniedze, Chief Executive Officer, who oversees Digilo’s strategic direction, platform development, and overall business growth. Kristiāna, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for financial management, reporting, and disciplined financial oversight. Dana, Chief Legal Officer, leads the legal and regulatory side of the business, including documentation, compliance, and legal structuring. Kristīne, Chief Project Officer, is responsible for selecting which project make it to Digilo.
Behind the management team is a wider group of responsible, detail-oriented professionals supporting daily operations, compliance, technology, investor communication, and project management.
Digilo primarily onboards established SMEs, operating businesses, and self-employed persons seeking financing for business development, working capital, expansion, or real estate-related purposes. Borrowers are sourced mainly through Digilo’s long-established lending and real estate network, while they can also apply directly through the platform.
Before any project is published, it goes through a structured screening process. Digilo reviews the borrower’s business profile, financial position, repayment capacity, existing obligations, credit history, financing purpose, legal status, and collateral quality.
Each project is backed by real estate collateral, with LTV of up to 60%. Each property used as collateral is assessed through a certified independent appraisal report. Digilo works with recognised certified valuation providers to support an objective and independent assessment of the collateral value.
In addition to collateral valuation and LTV, Digilo also reviews the borrower’s own participation, financial stability, repayment capacity, existing obligations, and overall loan structure before approving a project for publication. Only projects that meet Digilo’s internal selection criteria, collateral requirements, and due diligence standards are approved for publication on the platform.
Digilo is a licensed crowdfunding platform that allows investors to finance carefully selected projects secured by real estate collateral. Investors can earn an annual return of 9– 12% with a minimum investment of just €150 per project.
