At the same time, projects get financing without having to resort to traditional financing formulas. We want to provide transparency, reliability and collaboration that large investment funds and outdated banks do not contribute, promoting collective mobilization at the service of environmentally and economically sustainable initiatives.

What is a risk when investing on Fundeen?

On Fundeen you provide loans to the companies thus main risk is that the company will go bankrupt and you will lose your money. To evaluate this this risk, you need to evaluate the company's future and historical financial performance, the team's ability to successfully develop the business and the market where the company operates, whether is there a demand for a product, the level of competition, and so on. Those are a few risks, but they might differ for each business, therefore it is important that you will perform your own analysis.

How does Fundeen work?

Fundeen enables investors to participate through either purchasing shares or granting loans to renewable projects. Equity investors hold ownership stakes, potentially benefiting from project profits over the long term, while crowdlending investors receive fixed-interest returns. The platform’s marketplace allows both types of investors to buy and sell their investments, enhancing flexibility. Project management may be handled by the developer or outsourced, depending on the project type, and all projects undergo thorough risk assessments to meet platform standards

What investments does Fundeen offer?

Fundeen offers two primary investment options:

  • Equity (Crowdfunding): Investors purchase shares in renewable energy projects, with potential returns between 6.5% - 7.5% net. These projects have extended durations, with terms potentially reaching 30 years.
  • Debt (Crowdlending): Investors lend capital to projects, receiving fixed-rate returns (4.5% - 6%) over terms typically ranging from 5 to 15 years
