Eternal Power Hydrogen Invest

Hamburg-based Eternal Power GmbH is building one of the largest and most modern green hydrogen production facilities in Europe with the construction of a new facility in Dummerstorf, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Starting in 2029, the facility will produce up to 8,000 tons of green hydrogen annually in Phase 1 (and up to 38,000 tons of green hydrogen annually in Phase 2 following a site expansion) – a crucial milestone in significantly advancing the sustainable transformation of industry and transport.

The industrial production of green hydrogen is essential for implementing climate-friendly solutions in industry and heavy-duty transport. The European steel industry alone emits over 200 million tons of COβ‚‚ annually. Green hydrogen offers a much-needed alternative to drastically reduce COβ‚‚ emissions and thus actively contribute to climate protection.

Redevelopment and Energy Efficiency

Moneleg S.L. is requesting €600,000 in financing to cover working capital needs related to the acquisition, verification, and subsequent sale of a batch of 5 GWh (5,000 MWh) of Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs).

An Energy Savings Certificate (ESC) is a document that certifies energy savings achieved through an energy efficiency improvement (such as enhanced insulation, HVAC system upgrades, LED lighting replacements, etc.). Companies that are legally required to meet annual energy savings targets (referred to as Obligated Parties) can purchase these certificates to offset part of their obligations, in a way that resembles the carbon emissions trading system.

Moneleg operates in this process as a Delegated Entity duly registered in the Energy Savings Certificates system. Its role consists of acquiring the rights to the energy savings generated by third parties (such as installers or end users), managing the technical verification and official registration at the national level, and subsequently transferring the certificates to the Obligated Parties (energy companies that must comply with annual energy savings quotas mandated by regulation).

The requested financing is intended to cover the cash flow cycle between the moment Moneleg acquires the ESCs (and pays the installer or original owner) and the moment it receives payment from the Obligated Party. This cycle is governed by a structured administrative process, including technical verification, resolution by the regional authority, and national registration, with an estimated duration ranging approximately from 40 to 90 days.

Urbasolar Prouilly solar power plant

A key player in solar photovoltaic energy, the Urbasolar group aims to contribute significantly to the large-scale development of this energy so that it provides a significant share of humanity's energy needs.

The Urbasolar group has developed a ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant , winner of the fifth tranche of the PPE2 call for tenders relating to the construction and operation of electricity production facilities using solar energy "Ground-mounted solar power plants", with a total capacity of 3.2 MWc , and located in Prouilly (51).

The plant has therefore obtained the right to enter into a 20-year contract for additional payment of the electricity produced. As part of this call for tenders, Urbasolar has committed to offering residents of the project's departments and neighboring departments a portion of its financing.

Thus, the company Urba 380, owner of the power plant and a 100% subsidiary of the Urbasolar group via the holding company Persei, is carrying out a simple bond issue for a target amount of €335,000, in order to partially finance the construction and operation of this power plant.

Invest in the Future of Clean Hydrogen with Lhyfe

Lhyfe is a French pioneer in green hydrogen, producing renewable hydrogen through water electrolysis powered by wind and solar energy. Unlike traditional hydrogen, which is 95% fossil-based, Lhyfe’s hydrogen generates 10 times less COβ‚‚ (ADEME source), helping decarbonize industries like chemicals, steel, electronics, and transport.

Now, for the first time, citizens can invest in four green hydrogen plants via crowdfunding bonds.

The first site in Morbihan, France, is operational since late 2024, producing 2 tons of hydrogen daily. The second, in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, will supply the H2 Mobility network with up to 4 tons/day. Two more plants in Somme and Isère (France) are under construction, with capacities of 2 and 4 tons/day. The Isère site will supply the HYmpulsion network.

These projects have secured €53 million in institutional debt financing, confirming strong support for Lhyfe’s model.
