Raizers is a European real-estate crowdfunding platform that enables retail and professional investors to lend directly to property developers and participate in secured real-estate debt financings with minimum investments €100. It focuses mainly on short- to medium-term projects (often up to 24-36 months) and aims to deliver attractive annual returns--historically around the high single-digit to low double-digit range, although actual performance may vary by project and carries risks.

Through its analytic process, Raizers evaluates developers, project viability, permits and guarantees before listing opportunities, helping investors access real-estate-backed financing that was once largely limited to institutional players. The platform operates under European Crowdfunding Service Provider (ECSP) regulation with AMF registration, enhancing regulatory oversight for investors. Investors use Raizers’ digital interface to select and commit capital to individual loan obligations, with reporting and updates built into the investment process.
