What is a risk when investing on TWINO?
When investing on TWINO you basically provide a loan to the Loan originator thus your main risk is that the Loan origination will not be able to fulfill its obligations.
It should be mentioned that all Loan originators are affiliated with TWINO which might create additional transparency risks.
When investing in Real estate securities you baicllly buy a share of the property that will be rented out so you have to evaluate whether rent income matches your return expectation and will property value will not decrease over time.
How does TWINO work?
TWINO operates as a so-called peer-to-peer marketplace, meaning you are not providing loans but you invest in already issued loans by some microfinance companies also called loan originators.
Given that all loan originators are offering a buyback guarantee (promise to buy back loan from you in case it becomes overdue) it would be fair to say that investors are basically providing loans to loan originators that are secured with claim rights towards end borrowers.
In addition to loan investments, TWINO offers to invest in real estate via Equity based securities meaning when quired you will receive a share of the income that the company-owning property will make from renting property or property sell.

NetCredit is a consumer loan brand owned by the company “Net Credit Sp. z o.o.”, under which FINNO Group has issued loans in Poland since 2011.
VAMO is a consumer loan brand in Vietnam conducted within the peer-to-peer (P2P) business model.
Vamo Lending Inc. is a consumer loan brand in the Philippines offering an all-digital cash loan application to its customers.
