May was a strong month for the platform, with investor deposits reaching their highest level this year—demonstrating growing trust in property-backed lending. Investors earned an average return of 8.1%, with €0.63 million distributed as interest income. A total of €5.21 million in repayments was made, including €4.32 million in principal and €0.26 million recovered from previously problematic loans. Loan origination reached €3.65 million, led by Lithuania and Estonia, though some activity shifted to June due to complex legal procedures. The new investment product, EG Grow, was introduced with features like fixed interest payments, a contingency fund, and full real estate security. Overall, the platform continues to deliver stable performance, with 71% of loans from 2023–2024 already repaid and a focus on building sustainable urban spaces.
